So, I've heard a lot of music lately, new stuff to me and stuff that was just released, so I figured why not blog about it! My man Eminem is back! Released a new single today the 4th. It's called "Not Afraid" and it's a solid single. I'm glad he addresses one thing in it: his last album. According to many, including myself, it was definitely not his best work. He was using some weird voice in all of his songs and it just wasn't the Eminem we have all come to know and love. "And to the fans, I'll never let you down again, I'm back I promise to never go back on that promise, in fact let's be honest, that last Relapse CD was "ehhhh" perhaps I ran them accents into the ground". So even Eminem knew he kinda effed up on that last album. But it's straight now, the man is back and killin' it. In fact, he also just came out with a freestyle over the "Over" by Drake and "Beamer, Benz or Bentley" by Lloyd Banks beats. And no joke, that freestyle is SICK! He absolutely killssssss it. I can't stop listening to it hahaha. Actually listening to it right now!
Drake also just came out with a new song called "Find Your Love". I'm really feeling this song. Like, I don't really know how to describe it but it's realllyy good in my opinion. Now, let's stay with Young Money shall we! My friend gave me the "Hottest N!gga Under the Sun" mixtape by Lil Wayne last week and there are 2 songs on there that are just amazing. Oh yeah, before I go any further FREE WEEZY! Ok so, these 2 songs are "New Orleans Maniac" and "Murder" with Trey Songz. Let's be honest, Weezy kills just about every track he gets on. Except for that Rebirth album...rock and rap can be mixed, just not like that weezy. Stick with the rap man haha. But yeah, he really just tears up those two tracks for real.
